29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- 64 Pasture Drive, Farmingdale NJ - The company workers were exposed to struck by hazards when performing siding installation and other related activities at the worksite without the use of head protection. Condition observed on or about 03/28/23.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 64 Pasture Drive, Farmingdale NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking and working surface was not supplied with end stops. Condition observed on or about 03/28/23. All State Contractor & Trading, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598981, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/22, with respect to a workplace located at 6 East Surf Avenue, Long Beach Township NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
