29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 64 Pasture Drive, Farmingdale NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking and working surface was not supplied with end stops.  Condition observed on or about 03/28/23.   All State Contractor & Trading, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598981, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/22, with respect to a workplace located at 6 East Surf Avenue, Long Beach Township NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
