29 CFR 1928.51(d):Every employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment. a) Farm: On or about March 23, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards, in that the employer allowed the employees to hitchhike rides on the back of the farm tractors by standing on the hitch assemblies while the tractors were in operation.
