29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. On or about 3/29/2023, and at times prior to, employees in the Online Digital and Processing department were exposed to slip and fall hazards because water was leaking from the ceiling to the concrete floor. Walmart Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605577, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/04/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4716 Hondo Pass Dr. El Paso, TX 79904.
