Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On or about March 28, 2023, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were conducted to ensure that equipment and materials were being utilized correctly and safely by each employee exposed to a fall height greater than 13' while using an A frame ladder on a roof awning to install siding on a residential structure.
