Each employer is responsible for the safe condition of tools and equipment used by employees, including tools and equipment which may be furnished by employees. On or about March 28, 2023, employer did not ensure to provide a Heavy Duty Jack Stand in safe condition for employee use. This condition exposed an employee to a struck-by hazard.
