29 CFR 1926.1427(a): General requirements for operators. The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section: New residential building located at 200 Eager Owl Drive, McDonough, GA 30253. Front side of structure: On or about 02/15/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses, in that the crane operator was not certified, trained, or licensed to operate the Hydraulic Boom Crane.
