29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about March 27, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing electrical system upgrade from a Altec F-450 boom lift bucket truck, approximately eleven (11) feet above the ground, was not wearing a body harness or a body belt, thereby exposing the employee to falls.
