29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) On or about 03-29-2023, at the store back room warehouse, three (3) electrical service panels were not readily accessible. Access to the electrical service panels were blocked with pallets of dead car batteries. The Western Auto DBA Advance Auto Parts - Store 5047 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566937, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-17-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4603 Tutu Park Mall, Anna's Retreat, St. Thomas, VI, 00802.
