29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  On or about July 25, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on May 31, 2023, with an abatement due date of June 20, 2023.  On or about July 25, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 2 issued on May 31, 2023, with an abatement due date of June 20, 2023.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    On or about March 27, 2023, an employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in residential construction activities as a result of not having been provided training by the employer.
