29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Residential construction located at the Reserve at Douglasville , 7755 Dallas Highway, Douglasville GA. 30314; On or about March 29, 2023 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 25 feet to the lower ground level, in that fall protection was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities, which included inspecting and adjusting roof shingles.
