29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On March 29, 2023, employees were installing a new sign on a building fa�ade while on top of the veranda roof without fall protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling approximately 11 feet to the concrete below.
