29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): In the assembly area, employees have contact with or use the following products that have hazardous properties: a) Dupont Corian Solid Surface, which generates respirable dust when employees sand the countertop edges. b) Integra Seaming Adhesive: Surface Bonder XI, a flammable glue that also is also a respiratory tract irritant used by employees to bond pieces of countertop together.
