29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): Each employer who had a workplace or operation covered by 29 CFR 1926.62 did not initially determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air (30 �?g/m3) calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA): At the worksite located at 1 Court Circle NW Camdenton, MO: Employees were exposed to chemical hazards in the form of inorganic lead. Employees and subcontractors worked on site at the old courthouse building of the Camden County complex, including tasks such as but not limited to ventilation work, demolition, electrical work, plumbing work, installation, and painting. These employees worked on site without an initial determination made by the employer if employees would be exposed to lead at or above the action level of 0.03 milligrams/cubic meter of air.
