29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1)(i):Upon first entering into employment, and/or at least annually thereafter, the employer did not inform current employees of the existence, location, and availability of any records covered by 29 CFR 1910.1020: a) Facility: On or about March 30, 2023, employees perform work in areas where employer has performed air and noise monitoring, and the employer had not informed employees annually of the existence, location, and availability of exposure records. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
