29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a)At or near 461 Market St., Paterson NJ - Top Level: Employees and other workers were exposed to empalement hazards while engaged in concrete activities, on or about 10/10/2022. One worker fell and was impaled by 2 rebars that were not protected by rebar caps.
