On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, located at 4831 Waller Street, in Jacksonville, Florida 32205: On or about March 30, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee, while using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing shingles.
