Establishment - Employees were not provided effective information or training prior to initial work assignment regarding the sections of a safety data sheet, labeling requirements, and pictograms prior to working with hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to Clorox bleach and P & G professional cleaning products such as Comet cleanser, Spic and Span Disinfectant, and Comet bathroom cleaner.

29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer.  Establishment - Employer purchased and made available for voluntary use HDX N95 respirators for the cleanup of rodent feces and debris.  The employer allowed the employees to use the respirators as needed on a voluntary basis without providing the basic advisory information listed on Appendix D.
