29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a-(Building) 513 Ackerman Ave, Ho Ho Kus NJ 07423: Employees engaged in masonry activities at a chimney and positioned on a 9 on 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18t to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/30/2023.
