29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from a bucket truck. (a) ABC Technologies LLC on or about March 30, 2023, near the address of 5411 Main Street, Sylvania, OH: The employer did not ensure an employee performing telecommunication operations from an elevated vehicle mounted platform, utilized an appropriate fall protection system. The employee performing work in this condition was exposed to an approximant 15 ft. fall to the ground below.
