29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: [Plant and Annex Buildings] On or about March 30, 2023 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the aisles used by forklifts, mules, and riding pallet jacks being blocked and partially obstructed.
