29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) At the 400 S. Wood Partners Construction Project, Cumming, Georgia, on or about March 30, 2023 where a worker was observed exposed to approximately 12-foot fall hazards to the lower level during framing operations where the scissors lift scaffold was used to access the top plate in that the employer did not train workers to not use the mid-rail as a ladder.
