29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 233 North 6th Street, Griffin, GA 30223; On or about March 30, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing fall protection while performing roofing activities on a residential roof at heights of above 10 feet, 11 inches to lower level while employees were removing and installing roof shingles.
