Gainesville, GA 30501, First Floor top plate Area: On or about 03/28/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or utilized while performing floor decking operations.
