29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction located at 2256 White Sulphur Rd. Gainesville, GA 30501, First Floor top plate: On or about 03/28/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9- feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or utilized while performing floor decking operations.
