29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Facility: On or about 3/30/2023, the employer did not ensure that the electrical service panels in the Storage Area were kept clear to permit service and maintenance. The electric service panels were blocked by equipment including a Millermatic 250MP welding machine. b) Facility: On or about 3/30/2023 the employer did not ensure that the electrical service panels in the Plant Work Room were kept clear to permit service and maintenance. The left panel next to the panel labeled #23 Filter Pump/ Vat Wash Pump, was blocked by a Werner ladder.
