29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. (a) 892 Orchard Park Road, Hurricane: On April 3, 2023, employees were installing a new roof on a commercial building approximately 13 feet above ground level. Employees were not utilizing fall protection, exposing them to fall hazards.
