29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(i): The employer did not provide safe means of access for each employee erecting or dismantling a scaffold: On or about April 3, 2023, an employee engaged in commercial construction operations was exposed to a slip/fall hazard while using cross braces/utilizing the structure frame of a scaffold to for access and egress. J&E Companies was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.451(e)(9)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1624198, citation number 1, item number 2 a and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 600 E. 9th Street Pecos, TX 79772.
