29 CFR 1926.405 (g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 3, 2023, a black 600V electrical cable connected to an electrical power box outside the general contractor's trailer had the strain relief broken. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
