29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 3, 2023 the employer Bella's Roofing Inc. at jobsite located at 5685 Benore Rd. Toledo OH 43612, did not ensure that employees are adequately protected from fall hazards while conducting construction roofing activities. Employees were exposed to a 25 feet or higher fall hazards from the roof of the structure to the ground below. Employees were working atop a steep roof with a 6:12 pitch at the peak of the roof.
