29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.  On the north side of the commercial building, an employee installing cam lights was elevated on a wooden platform by a RS6-34 GEHL forklift and was exposed to a fall hazard more than 15 feet.  The platform in use was not an approved work platform by the manufacturer for capacity, construction, use, and fall protection.
