29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. Shop Area, Ridgid R4520 Table Saw - On or about March 30, 2023, The table saw being used by an employee to rip cut shutter rails did not have a blade guard installed to protect the operator. An employee suffered a partial amputation of a finger when it came in contact with the rotating saw blade.
