29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   a.  On a 7:12 pitched roof of a temporary residential worksite, at 947 Dancy Street, in Jacksonville, Florida 32205: On or about April 4, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards ranging from 10 feet to 20 feet 6-inches, in that fall protection was not utilized by   the employee while performing roofing activities.
