The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. WORKSHOP/Hop Pot 2 Brewery: On/or about March 30, 2023, the employer did not contain the Hop Pot 2 Brewery mixing vessel accumulation of hop and wort which had shot out of the mixing vessel on to the floor creating slip and trip hazards.
