29 CFR  1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o).  (a) Worksite - Production Area: On or about 4/5/2023, employees were exposed to ingoing nip points and rotating parts while operating a K.O. Lee Precision Grinder that was missing a guard on the pulley system.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2): Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries.
