29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that project into the exit route must not reduce the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes.  (a) Warehouse: East side of building (orientated from front entrance of facility); On or about April 04, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a racking system and rolling clothes rack(s) narrowed the egress of the exit route to approximately twenty-five and one half (25 1/2) inches, while performing assigned work duties.  (b) Warehouse: East side of building (orientated from front entrance of facility); On or about April 04, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a pallet of merchandise narrowed the egress of the exit route to approximately twenty-one and one half (21 1/2) inches, while performing assigned work duties.  (c) Warehouse: North side of building (orientated from front entrance of facility); On or about April 04, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that event tent(s) and a work table narrowed the egress of the exit route to approximately fourteen (14) inches, while performing assigned work duties.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  (a) Warehouse: Back wall; north side of building (orientated from front entrance of facility); On or about April 04, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that an emergency exit leading to the exterior of the building was not clearly marked with a sign reading "Exit", while performing assigned work duties.
