29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) Jobsite: 8186 Sayings Dr. Winter Garden, FL 34787. Cosmor Construction Corp.'s ladder was extended approximately (2) feet past the roof landing, while being used  to gain access to install gutters on the roof, approximately (10) feet high, , exposing employees to fall hazards, on or about 04/05/2023.
