29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1):Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: a) Montana Fiberglass, Inc., Crane Bay: On or about April 5, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while utilizing a chain bridle that did not contain an identification tag on crane 1 to lift fiberglass tanks.
