29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 4/5/2023, at the jobsite located at 601 SE Flamingo Ave, Stuart, Florida, two employees were exposed to a 17-foot fall hazard while working on the roof of a residential home without fall protection.
