29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Glue press area; Employees operating the M1 and M2 Rosenquist radio frequency gluing presses were exposed to unguarded sides of the presses while opening and/or closing the top plate. (b) Operating building area; The Enco drill press was operated without a guard around the spindle and drill bit. (c) Door department; The Grizzly Industrial heavy duty drill press was operated without a guard around the spindle and drill bit.
