29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)	Seitz Design and Construction Inc. On or about April 6, 2023 at the address of  235 Cedar Point Rd. Sandusky, OH 44870: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing roofing work activities (installing shingles) atop a two-story residential structure with an 8 -12 roof pitch. Employees operating in this conditions were exposed to falls of  20ft - 8inches and greater to the ground below.
