Employees working in this condition were exposed to potential struck by hazards (flying projectile/ricochet nails).

On or about April 6, 2023 at the address of 652 Innisbrook Lane, Avon Lake, OH 44012: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing framing work activities (installing trusses) atop a single-story residential structure. Employees installing prefabricated wooden trusses were exposed to fall hazards from 12 feet to the ground below.
