29 CFR  1926.302(b)(5): The manufacturer's safe operating pressure for hoses, pipes, valves, filters, and other fittings were exceeded.   a). On or about April 7, 2023, at the worksite located at 2623 Brim Court, Orlando FL., employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that, the air pressure for the pneumatic roof nail guns exceeded the manufacturer's safe operating pressure.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(2):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  a). On or about April 7, 2023, at the worksite located at 2623 Brim Court, Orlando FL., eye protection was not provided while using nail gun on roofing activities, exposing employees  to struck-by hazards.  Clark & Associates Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637564, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 96269 Queen Palm Way, Lot 48 Enclave Manor Fernandina Beach, FL  32034.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  1). On or about April 7, 2023, at the worksite, 2623 Brim Court, Orlando, FL 32809, employees were exposed to an a 9 foot 8 inch fall hazard, in that, employees conducting roofing activities on a one-story 5:12 pitched roof  were not utilizing fall protection.   Clark & Associates Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637564, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 96269 Queen Palm Way, Lot 48 Enclave Manor Fernandina Beach, FL  32034.
