29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) South-east corner of the Element Hotel: On or about March 30, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard in that employees were not required to wear hardhats while passing materials to employees on an aerial lift.
