29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) New residential construction located at The Montebello Subdivision, 3350 Carswell Bend, Lot #278, Cumming, GA 30028, Front: On or about 04/04/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) New residential construction located at The Montebello Subdivision, 3350 Carswell Bend, Lot #278, Cumming, GA 30028, Front: On or about 03/29/2023, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a green 50-ft. electrical cord was damaged, and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
