Location: Jobsite On or about April 10, 2023 workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 11 feet 9 inches to the ground below while working on the second floor of a framing job where fall protection was not used. JAYA Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504885, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 56 Tremont St, Bedford, MA.
