29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Old Therapy Room 1: Employees were using corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to Cidex. The employer did not provide an eyewash station for the quick flushing of the eyes, thus exposing employees to an eye injury, on or about 4/10/23.

29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(v): The employer, who is required to establish an Exposure Control Plan, did not solicit input from non-managerial employees responsible for direct patient care who are potentially exposed to injuries from contaminated sharps in the identification, evaluation and selection of effective engineering and work practice controls and did not document the solicitation in the Exposure Control plan:  a) Facility-Wide: The employer did not solicit input from medical assistants, who were exposed to injuries from contaminated syringes/needles in the identification, evaluation and selection of effective engineering and work practice controls, on or about 4/10/23.
