OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) At 1000 Crossgate Road, Port Wentworth, GA 31407 in the NRC/Re-pack area, middle warehouse, and new warehouse: On or about April 10, 2023, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by, crushed-by, and entrapment hazards while completing distribution activities from racking systems that were not secured to the floor.
