OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a. Located at 2095 Hendrix Steet in Grove City, OH: On or about April 10, 2023, an employee was elevated approximately 6.5 feet in the bucket of a Takeuchi TL12V2 Track Loader to access and raise an overhead telecommunications cable for vehicle and equipment clearance. The condition exposed the elevated employee to fall and crushed-by hazards.
