29 CFR 1926.152(d)(4): At least one portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C units was not provided on all vehicles used for transporting and/or dispensing flammable or combustible liquids: a) Site Wide - Employees were exposed to a fire hazard in that a work truck was equipped with an in-bed auxiliary fuel tank storing approximately thirty-five (35) gallons of diesel fuel while a portable fire extinguisher rated not less than 20B:C was not provided, on or about April 10, 2023. Abatement Certification Required.
