29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) At the worksite, 138 Beethoven Street, Binghamton, NY 13905.  On or about April 10, 2023, employees were engaged in residential roofing  activities including, but not limited to, replacing shingles.  The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from falling approximately 20 feet  to the ground by use of personal fall arrest system, safety net systems, or guardrail systems.  Wrightman Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1373176, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 56 Caroll Street, Binghamton, NY 13901.
